Mahjong 102: Guided Beginner Play - October 1

Mahjong at the center, community at the heart! 💙 You've learned the basics... now it's time to play. Join Mahj the Rock for Mahjong 102: Guided Beginner Play on Thursday, October 1, from 6-8:15 PM Walsh Ranch, Round Rock. Mahjong 102 is designed for players who have taken a beginner lesson and are ready for the next step—but aren't quite ready to join Open Play on their own. With just 8-12 players, you'll play real mahjong games with other beginners while receiving personalized coaching throughout the session. Your host, Leasa Neaves, will be there to answer questions as they come up and help with reading the card, game flow, strategy, etiquette, and all those "What do I do now?" moments that every new player experiences. This isn't another lesson. It's a chance to gain experience by playing in a supportive, small-group environment where questions are encouraged and confidence grows one hand at a time. Registration includes light snacks and refreshments. If you're looking for the confidence to join your next mahjong table, this class is for you.
