Mahj and Mingle Open Play - Urban Eat.Drink October 13

Mahjong at the center, community at the heart! 💙 Mahj the Rock is back at Urban Eat.Drink for another evening of mahjong, conversation, and connection! Join us Tuesday, October 13, from 6:00–8:30 PM in downtown Round Rock for Open Play—a fun, social evening for players who know how to play American Mahjong and are comfortable playing independently. Come on your own or with friends! We’ll take care of the tables, tiles, and setup and seat players with others who have a similar pace and style of play, so you can simply settle in and enjoy the game. Play begins when everyone at your table has arrived. Your $35 registration includes open mahjong play, all equipment and table setup, plus your first cocktail, wine, beer, mocktail, soda, or tea from Urban. Food and additional beverages will also be available for purchase throughout the evening. Open Play is designed for players who know how to play American Mahjong independently—at whatever pace feels comfortable. We’ll still be available throughout the evening if a question comes up—we’re always happy to help! Still building your confidence at the table? Our Beginner Guided Play option offers more hands-on guidance and support while you play. Bring your 2026 National Mah Jongg League card. We’ll have a limited number of cards available to borrow. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event will receive a refund, less applicable credit card processing fees. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
