Mahjong Beginner / Guided Play - September 21

You've learned the basics... now it's time to play. Join Mahj the Rock for Mahjong Beginner / Guided Play on Monday, September 21, from 6–8:30 PM at Pop Stroke in Round Rock / North Austin, TX. Beginner Guided Play is designed for newer players who have already learned the fundamentals of American Mahjong and want more time and experience at the table. You’ll play real games with other newer players in a relaxed, supportive environment, with mahjong coaches nearby to help along the way. Take your time, ask questions, and get help when you need it—whether you’re reading the card, choosing a hand, navigating the Charleston, or simply wondering, “What do I do now?” You don’t need to be fast or have it all figured out. If you know the basics but still have questions, feel a little slow, or simply want more practice, this is your table. Come play, meet other newer players, and build confidence one hand at a time. Mahjong at the center, community at the heart! 💙 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 days before the event will receive a refund, less applicable credit card processing fees. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. Please note: Please note: Beginner /Guided Play is not an introductory lesson. Guests should already have basic knowledge such as the tiles, the card, and game flow of the game before attending.
