Mahj and Mingle: Guided Play August 11

Mahjong at the center, community at the heart! Join Mahj the Rock for an evening of open play on Tuesday, August 11, from 5:30–8:30 PM at Urban Eat.Drink in downtown Round Rock. This fun and social evening of mahjong includes a cocktail, wine, or beer from Urban's special mahjong menu. Urban will also offer a special mahjong-table friendly menu for purchase during the event. 5:30–6:30 PM: Arrive anytime for the Welcome Mixer & Mingling 6:30–8:30 PM: Guided Mahjong Play Beginner/Guided Play is the perfect next step after learning the basics. This beginner lesson is a supportive practice session designed for newer players who want to build their mahj skills and their confidence. You'll play full mahjong hands while receiving guidance on reading the card, game flow, strategy, etiquette, and common gameplay situations. Ask questions, learn as you play, and leave feeling more comfortable and confident at the table. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event will receive a refund, less applicable credit card processing fees. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
